Catherine is the founder of Cantadora Wellness and a dedicated somatic counselor committed to reconnecting mind-body-spirit neural pathways that trauma may have eroded. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to revitalize relationships with food, body, and personal connections.
About Me
Catherine grew up in the equine industry and became captivated by integrating agritourism with equine-assisted psychotherapy. She completed a portion of her clinical internship at Focus Treatment Centers, an inpatient eating disorder facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee, and has worked professionally at Grow Counseling in Peachtree City, Georgia and at Wayfare Counseling in Marietta, Georgia. This wellness path has complemented her personal health journey and and is supplemented by professional trainings in horse-human recovery, eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), polyvagal repair, and nutritional wellness.
Licensure
Catherine is a licensed professional counselor in Tennessee and Georgia, and an approved graduate-level supervisor through Tennessee Technological University.
